New Venturosis website launched...

}25 January 2012fDale WilsonbComments(0)

What started as an experiment ended as a whole new ASP.net website for us!

After discovering some great new fonts we decided to have a play with CSS3 and build a website based purely on stylised text - no images. We came up with a minimalist design that we quite liked and started building the content using our in-house designed website maintenance platform - coded in ASP.net v4.

Whilst the site was clean, it looked a little too basic so we ended up breaking rule number one by introducing a few images here and there.

You can now easily apply for quotes, see what's happening on our blog and follow us on various social networks.

We hope you like the site, we value your feedback so if you have any thoughts or ideas for improvement please comment below or contact us!

Looking back on 2011, it was a significant year for Google's Chrome browser as for the first time it overtook Mozilla's Firefox racing into 2nd place in the war of the browsers. Microsoft's Internet Explorer is still in first place but its progress seems to have stalled and currently the only gainer is Chrome.

According to StatCounter’s 2011 data, Internet Explorer currently has a 39% market share, Chrome is at 27%, while Firefox holds 25% of the market. Other browsers such as Opera and Safari make up the numbers.
